At Cart2Up, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

The product is damaged during delivery

You received the wrong item

The product is defective or not working

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

  3. Issue description,

  4. Clear photos or video of the product,

  5. Our team will review and confirm within 24–48 hours.

Replacement Process

Once approved:

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

No return shipping fee for approved cases

Replacement delivery time: 3–7 business days

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind after delivery

Incorrect address provided by customer

Minor color or design variations

Used or damaged items by customer

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

Replacement is unavailable, OR

Order is cancelled before shipping

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
